Religious Education Registration 2025-2026

I will Attend Mass weekly with my child/children, understanding that attendance at Mass is an integral part of religious formation.
I am personally responsible for my child/children while they are attending classes and will accompany them both into and from the classroom/building.
I will bring my child/children to class on time, personally supervise homework assignments, and attend scheduled sessions during the year.
I will attend montly famil sessions, held during my child’s class time.
If my child is absent from class (no more than 3 times), I will cover the lesson at home with him/her.
I give permission for my child/children to be photgraphed for project purposes, bulletin articles, bulletin boards, parish website, and electronic display board. Effective measures will be taken to safeguard the individual’s identity (i.e. name or any identifying information will not be posted with the photo).
In consideration of St. Thecla Catholic Church accepting my child’s registration in the Religious Education Program, I/we release, hold harmless and discharge
St. Thecla Catholic Church and the Archdiocese of Detroit, their officers, trustees, employees, agents, and catechists of and from any and all liability, claim, damage,
cost or expense, except in the case of willful/intentional harm or gross negligence and waive any such claims against any such person or organization in connection
with the Church of the Archdiocese of Detroit.
