It’s time to sign up for our 2025 Fall Festival and start your year off with some volunteer hours! (A minimum of 5 hours per school family are required. Please refer to the school handbook on the school website for details).
Please carefully review the sign up genius slots available at this time. The sign-up will be updated with Ticket Sales spots soon. There are varying timeslots available for different areas so if you are signing up, you must be available for the ENTIRE time frame you are signing up for. Please do not sign up for a timeslot unless you can fulfill the entire window of time. We cannot guarantee you will be seated with anybody else that may have signed up for the same area/time. We require multiple volunteers in different areas of the festival, so it is possible that volunteer groups will be split up into different areas. Please be flexible. For most areas, the first and last time slots of each day include time for setup/cleanup. Please do not shut down your area early, or leave your spot unless your designated Festival Chairperson of the area releases you.
Most volunteer areas are outdoors. Please plan accordingly for the weather. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring sunblock as there are some areas without shade.
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your shift start time and check in at the volunteer desk. This is very important! We have multiple people checking in during shift changes to help keep it moving but please be patient as we get around to everybody. We will also try to send over the new group of volunteers together to the same area so the chairperson can explain everything to everybody at once. If you are unable to make your time slot, we ask that you make every effort to arrange a replacement ahead of time.
