Welcome to the St. Thecla Preschool Program! Our primary purpose is to be an extension of the educational ministry of the Church, which continues the teachings of Jesus. Each child, created by God, is a unique individual with his/her own pattern of growth and development. We will encourage and support each child’s spiritual, cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. We welcome you and your child to the program and trust that, with your input, we can create a successful experience for your child’s educational growth through St. Thecla Catholic School.
We hope that all of you have had a safe, happy and fun filled summer. Our preschool team has been working hard at creating the perfect loving & educational environment for all of our students and they are very excited to have students back in school! Below you will find important information & dates for our amazing preschool families that will help for a smooth transition into our 2024 school year!
Back to School Mass / Ice Cream Social – Saturday, August 24th! This is our kick off to the school year, which always starts with our 4:00 pm Mass. After Mass, you will bring in all of your school supplies & meet your teacher, and finally stop in our activity center for class lists, volunteer information, sports information, purchase spirit wear items and of course have some ice cream!
The Preschool Handbook can be downloaded below for your for records, it is a great resource of basic information and should be reviewed at your convenience
The Preschool Document Package can be downloaded contains forms that must be filled out, returned AND reviewed by our teachers prior to your child attending school (licensing regulations).
The paperwork maybe left in the mailbox outside of the lobby, inside the lobby or at the parish offices Monday – Thursday 9 am – 4 pm.
If you can not print out the document at home. We have extra copies on the counters in the school lobby office and can be picked up 9:00 am – 4:00 pm!
