St. Thecla Festival – Vendor / Crafter Tent – 

Where: St. Thecla Catholic Church, 20740 S. Nunneley, Clinton Township MI 48035

When:    Saturday September 18th 2 p.m. to 11:00 pm; Sunday September 19th from Noon to 7:00 pm

Deadline: All applications are considered on a first come/first served basis, until all spots are reserved

Vendor Space: Tent on parking lot surface that accommodates up to fourteen 8”x10” vendor spaces.  All items being sold or displayed must be contained within booth space.

Electricity: limited electrical outlets available

Weather: The festival will not be cancelled because of rain.

Requirements: All items must be new (no resale booths). Applicants will provide photos and/or descriptions of their items with their application

Step 1 -Review the Agreement:  General information, procedures, rates and conditions

Step 2 –   Application Please mail or email the application, including photos or description of items you will be selling (or provide a link to website displaying merchandise) to festival@stthecla.com, or St. Thecla Church, attn Festival , 20740 S. Nunnelly, Clinton Township MI 48035

Step 3 – Committee review –applications will be considered on a first come/first served basis. Every effort will be made to avoid duplicate products or services, or space them apart in the tent.

Step 4– Notification– you will be notified promptly if your application has been accepted, or if you are on the waiting list.

Step 5–Signed Agreement and Payment –  If your application is accepted, you must return the signed agreement and $75 payment to St. Thecla within 10 days. If payment is not received timely, your spot will be reassigned to a vendor on the waiting list.

Step 6 – Event Instructions – vendors will receive further instructions from the coordinator after signed agreement and payment is received and processed
